This is a little Chicken-of-the-Woods. It is off of some dead pine. If you are new to it, swish a little in your mouth after you cook it, and wait a second. Some people are allergic to it if it grows on pine. If you are allergic I am told that your lips will tingle or swell. This has never happened to me or anyone I know.
