No mushroom walk today, so I am going to make some Rishi tea. I use about a half to three quarters of a cup per quarter of water and boil it for about two hours. I usually drink tea all summer and make up tinctures for winner. I was a little skeptical of using it at first but it certainly is a mood enhancer and the tincture does a great job on Winter aches and pains.
I cut my Rishi into strips and dehydrated, and break it up before I boil it.
